Angel Face
Floribunda
(Cirus x Lavender Pinocchio) X Sterling Silver

Lavender roses are known for their fragrance and Angel Face is certainly no exception. This beautiful Floribunda has a strong citrus fragrance and will not disappoint if you are looking for a wonderfully fragrant rose to add to the garden. Angel Face has an upright & bushy growth habit that will reach 3-4 ft. in height and is a vigorous grower. Characteristics of the foliage are dark green, leathery and semi-glossy leaves. Angel Face has a petal count of 30 and has an rating of 7.7 in the ARS Handbook for Selecting Roses. Usually borne in clusters, the ruffled blooms are best described as lavender tinged with red in warmer climates & has gold stamens. Hybridized by Herbert Swim and Ollie Weeks in 1968, it was a AARS winner in 1969. If you are looking for a rose that is winter hardy and thrives in the heat look no further. Angel Face has enjoyed popularity in the USA for more than 30 years and is still winning over hearts right here in the Mid-South.
