GEMINI Gemini was breed in the United States in 1999 by Dr. Keith W. Zary and introduced in 2000 by Bear Creek Gardens. Its parentage is Anne Morrow Lindbergh x New Year. This hybrid tea beauty is already proving to be a real winner in the garden and on the show table. The American Rose Society Handbook for Selecting Roses classifies Gemini as a pink blend with 25-30 petals. Although it is classified as a pink blend, its color can best be described as creamy white blushing to tones of coral pink to deep coral edges. The interim rating of 8.0 for this relatively new rose may ultimately change with further evaluation. Gemini's slightly fragrant 5-inch blooms are perfectly formed on long cutting stems and set off by deep green leaves. An excellent grower, Gemini typically grows to a height of 4-6 feet and a width of 3 feet. Gemini can be purchased from Edmunds' Roses, 6235 SW Kahle Road, Wilsonville,
